     Ingredients spongy cake
                            8 eggs
                            180 grams sugar coarse
                            200 grams flour
                            Small spoon vanilla powder
                            7 g yeast chemical

     Mix eggs with sugar and vanilla powder hitting good mixture electric mixer until double in size 3 times and then add the flour and then add a little something chemical yeast
     Keep the mixture in a plate length of 60 cm and 40 cm display and still fit the oven medium temperature where the we light the oven from both sides

     Amounts decking
                       500 ml Crème fraîche + small spoon     vanilla powder +  Tablespoons sugar soft
                       Orange juice for watering
                       80 g almond flakes Fries
                       45 grams Chklat Black
