bavarois orange and peaches


 The amounts of the first layer
                    Egg
                    4 tablespoons oil
                    4 tablespoons orange juice
                    ¼ teaspoon vanilla powder
                    ½ teaspoon yeast chemical
                   2 tablespoons and a half tablespoons 
                    of flour
                   2 tablespoons and a half tablespoons   of coarse sugar
                      






 The amounts of the second layer
2 egg yolks
660 ml fresh cream liquid
2 bags so and so Fannie (unassailable two papers of gelatin)
Small spoon vanilla powder
3 tablespoons coarse sugar
Two glasses of orange juice







 Amounts layer 3
                   400 grams of canned peaches
                   Half a cup of water in canned peaches
                  3 tablespoons coarse sugar
                 2 bags so and so I (could be compensated with two sheets of gelatin)
