Sardines stuffed and roasted in the oven

 Ingredients
        500 grams of sardines
        Onion, cut small pieces
        Half a red pepper
        Half a green pepper
        Few coriander
        A little parsley
        Bread crumbs
        Two tablespoons oil
        A little water
        Juice of half a lemon
        Pinch of salt
        3 cloves garlic
        A little red pepper
        Few cumin
        Few thyme

 Keep coriander, parsley and a pinch of salt and garlic cloves in a Treadmill



 Add to it the onion and pepper and aromatic thyme and lemon juice and we start mixing ingredients with water
